1. No Refund After Payment

Once payment is completed and your pass is activated, no refund is available. The pass is delivered instantly and your 25 conversions become immediately available. If you close the browser tab or window, the pass is lost and a new payment will be required — no exceptions.

2. Session-Based Pass

Your pass is stored in your browser's session storage. Closing the browser tab or window will permanently destroy the pass. A new payment will be required on your next visit.

3. Payment Processed by Dodo Payments

All payments are handled by Dodo Payments. Refunds for payment processing fees are subject to Dodo Payments' own policies.
